Returns & Shipping
If after 7 days a customer would like to return their purchase, a 35% restocking fee will be charged and it is up to the sole discretion of Jagoes' Fine Jewellery to determine whether the item is returnable.
All custom pieces and special orders are final sale.
Products discounted 20% or more are final sale only.
Shipping will be at the buyer’s expense and must be traceable. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
To be eligible for return or exchange, all items must be unworn, in the original condition of purchase, with no engraving, customizations or sizing performed.
Orders will be received and processed within 2-3 business days, once payment authorization and verification have been obtained. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for shipments to be delivered. Shipping times may take longer during holidays and may also vary depending on item stock and availability.
Shipping is only available within Canada.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be processed the following business day. Occasionally, there may be a delay in shipping but we will try our best to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible.
All orders will ship via Canada Post, XpressPost. Canada Post Xpresspost typically delivers within 2 - 5 business days and includes a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages that have been delayed by Canada Post.
