Introducing a limited‑edition timepiece inspired by a springtime cherry blossom cocktail.
This new addition to the STAR BAR limited‑edition lineup is born of a collaboration with Hisashi Kishi, owner of STAR BAR and the first bartender to receive Japan’s prestigious “Contemporary Master Craftsman” award.
The design draws on Kishi’s original “Sakura Aviation” cocktail, capturing its elegance in a refined timepiece. Features a mother-of-pearl pink dial, a very first for the series, matched with a vertical gradation evoking a scene of sipping on a cocktail while enjoying the cherry blossoms in full bloom. Rose gold accents are added to the bracelet and hands/indexes.
